Wanted. Guitarist to join a band. And let there be no mistake, we are a band and not a member with a backing band, but a fully fledged, old fashioned BAND. We are called The Picaroons, which means mischievous, playful, pirates.
We are currently a three-piece - singer (rhythm-guitar sort of!), drums and bass. We want to rehearse a couple of times a week and start gigging as soon as possible. Ultimately, we\'re all passionate about the music we make and believe that we could make a living from it. Obviously, that takes drive, dedication and confidence, but we\'re not keen on egos!

Pixies, Muse, Late Of The Pier, Soulwax, Beatles, Mumford & Sons, Florence & The Machine, Blur, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kate Bush, Jamiraquai, Brand New Heavies, La Roux, T-Rex, David Bowie, Elbow, Arctic Monkies, Blur, Coldplay, Snow Patrol, Feist, Grandaddy, Elliott Smith, Lenny Kravitz, Blondie and millions moe!
