Confidence, dedication and extrovert performance more important than experience.
· Working under a Music Director/Producer, providing conscious political or good time lyrics (no hate or ‘isms’) and vocals to fit existing backings and reggae/house flavoured beats for commercially released recordings and live work.
· Some touring abroad and many weekends away, mostly during June-August. Nearly all summer festival work, with audiences of 200 – 10,000.
· Possible live national radio and TV performances.
· Paid work, with all accommodation, transport, meals and expenses provided.
· Please send a demo CD (quality of recording unimportant; its the lyrics and delivery that must be world class!), with a biog, some sample lyrics and as much info as you can about yourself and what you want out of music. (Remember to copyright your lyrics before sending them to anyone!)
