Anyone want to start a soul covers band? Commitments style? I play bass reasonably well (there's room for improvement but I do ok, and can improve quickly). I'd love to play old Motown and Stax style. Influences include Otis Redding, Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin, Wilson Pickett, and any Motown.
Looking for competent musicians who are looking to improve and have some fun, hopefully leading to paid gigs at some point. I'm 33, and looking for musicians 25-40.
