hi guys
im looking to start a new band, 3 piece, with a sound similar to biffy clyro, fighting with wire - im after a bassist and drummer.
i could list 100 bands that i like, but these 2 should pretty much cover it - uptempo alt rock.
im 28, live in selly oak, recorded 6 albums over the years, played several hundred gigs, and i take my music very serioulsy.
yeah im a fun guy and im a huge joker, but i dont mess about with what i want to be my career. im not into hobby bands!
ive started writing a nice bunch of songs towards this project, and can write alone or in the studio with you!
i quite fancy self releasing / financing a couple of EPs and tours whilst trying to land a deal for an album. i believe you have to be pro active in music, no one (unless your dad pays them) is gona put you where you want to be - you need to be out there, gigging, promoting yourself, spending your money, giving people stuff for free that has cost you money.
im full of drive and determination, i just need a couple of guys or girls who want to do this as much as i do.
